Hasty (and not so very random) post this week as Wouter and I are delivering our first ever workshop in a little over 30 hours from now; a one-day workshop on (splitting) user stories. If Jack were truly nimble he might relate "the making of" here, which would go something like; training with the master (scrum the scrum with a dash of serendipity), the birth of a product backlog, some friendly barter, the unforgiving timebox, the pain of pairing/the joy of pairing, the unforgiving timebox, the difficulties of testing, the happiness metric, you get the picture...
